For our first event we came out of the box swinging and took you back to Pandora. Land of 9 foot tall blue cat-people with a glow in the dark jungle.
The only way we knew how to top it is to go BIG. Really big.
Katalyst brings you RAVE-ZILLA ATTACKS: A KAIJU BATTLEFIELD!!!
~!~!~!~!~!~!~THE THEME STORY~!~!~!~!~!~
In the near future nuclear war has taken it’s toll on earth. Radiation has caused once mild mannered ravers to grow into massive, twisted abominations that tower over buildings. These “kaiju” have laid waste to civilization but the last bastion of humanity, Neo-Tokyo, is about to fight back. Massive robots are being constructed at this very moment to fight the kaiju menace.
Using the pulsing rhythms of electronic dance music Katalyst Productions will lure these kaiju into the abandoned city of Atlanta Georgia where these two foes will clash.
Ravers, you must pick a side. Don your best mecha-armor and fight the kaiju menace or mutate to show your monstrous side and claim your place as the new dominant species.
As always with a Katalyst show you can expect a fully themed multi-genre event! Be ready to dance the night away with techno, trance, drum n bass, hardcore, hardstyle, breaks, psytrance and whatever else our DJ’s decide to throw at you.

As former lead vocalist and guitarist for the Enders and currently the lead guitarist for Amsterdam Station, Symbiot has developed a stage presence and energy that is sure to draw any crowd into the experience.
After composing and arranging music for many years, Andy decided to take on a new musical direction in 2012 by getting involved with EDM production, using his metal roots and love for heavy bass music as his influence. Symbiot was born. His directive: to share his love of electronic music with the masses, and through each set, take you on a wild musical journey you won’t forget.
▂ ▃ ▅ ▆ █ Evil Z █ ▆ ▅ ▃ ▂ (Hardstyle)
Empire // Atlanta, Georgia
Born from the Goth/Industrial scene of the late eighties, Zak Price aka Evil Z took up spinning in 1989. From there, his passion shifted towards the burgeoning rave scene in the mid-nineties, and Evil Z has never looked back since. Becoming one of the biggest underground names for the genre of “Hardstyle” is not an easy task. But that is exactly what Evil Z did. Continuously touring the states, and constantly producing chart topping tracks, as well as remixes on over nine different prestigious labels is also not an easy task, but yet another one that Evil Z does with ease. It was in 2005 when Evil Z looked around the Atlanta scene and saw a niche that had yet to be tapped. Taking his love for his Goth/Industrial roots and mixing it with the raves he had come to love and play at so many times across the nation, Evil Z teamed up with Jsin of SecretRoom fame and created the phenomenon known as CYBERAVER. Cyberaver consistently attracted amazing turnouts at a time when the Atlanta scene had no turnouts, and has become one of the most
famous and most successful party theme brands to ever come out of Atlanta. Cyberaver currently reaches and continues in four separate states, even as far away as New York City. Evil Z is a true veteran and pioneer of Dance Music in America.

▂ ▃ ▅ ▆ █ Twisted Enigma █ ▆ ▅ ▃ ▂ (Breaks)
Twisted Enigma is made up of JT SEXton and DJ Exzile. With more than twenty cumulative years behind the decks these two individuals bring a sick and twisted sound to the dancefloor. Mixing a nasty sound of breakbeats, breakstep, dubstep, and trance this duo is constantly on the search for the darkest sounds to make the club quiver. Together they feed off of
each other’s energy as well as the crowd’s to bring everyone to a new state of awareness, just before the basslines begin to melt faces. Representing Digital Horizons, Underground Syndicate, and Ultraphonix Recordings this is a duo that will keep you begging for more!
▂ ▃ ▅ ▆ █ Dominatrix-X█ ▆ ▅ ▃ ▂ (Trance)
Dominatrix-X was introduced to music at a young age. She began to play the flute and piano at the young, tender age of eight. After being introduced to the electronic dance scene in 2006 she found a new love for music and wanted to share that love with the masses. She began her path down that of the DJ in 2010 with the help of William Redden, and joined Digital Horizons shortly thereafter. Since then she has played in Georgia and Tennessee and shared the stage with such acts as DJ Sharaz,
Wick-it the Investigator, DJ Funk, GalaxC Girl, and even opened for Frankie Bones. Her ear for music is uncanny and her eye for fashion matches it. For a truly unique experience at any party, look for Dominatrix-X to bring home the gold.

~!~!~!~!~!~THE ULTRA-MEGA-SUPA DESTRUCTION PRIZE GIZEAWAY ~!~!~!~!~
We’re planning to build a fully 3-d cardboard city-scape at least 25-30 buildings (from knee height houses to skyscrapers 6ft tall).
Inside these buildings will be “hidden” various prizes from kandi packages, to edible candy, clothing, etc
Throughout the night our Katalyst team will be selecting people who have the BEST COSTUMES . around 2-3am we’ll make some space in the “Battlefield” area and spread the buildings onto the dancefloor.
The costumed kaiju ravers will have maybe 10-20 seconds to tear into the landscape before we open the area up for everyone to rip into the city for prizes.
The more you guys spread the word the more (and better) prizes we’ll have and the more buildings we’ll make!
We want to go crazy so make sure and tell your friends about this never been done before event theme!
